Meet the Founder
Helen Glazebrook, Managing Director and Founder is a leading criminal intelligence expert with over 25 years of experience across law enforcement, national security, regulatory sectors and corrective services.
A recipient of the prestigious Winston Churchill Fellowship Helen has built intelligence capabilities for a range of state and federal agencies in Australia across these sectors delivering deep dive intelligence reviews and intelligence capability frameworks.
Helen is an expert panel member for the Inspector of the Irish Prison Services and a guest presenter at numerous international conferences, Helen was awarded the 2023 Publication Award for her Winston Churchill Fellowship outcomes paper. Helen holds a bachelor degree in justice studies majoring in intelligence and law enforcement.

International Best Practice Advice
Our Managing Director, a Winston Churchill Fellow has undertaken extensive international research to better understand best practice in corrections intelligence. Helen has a solid understanding of lessons learnt and is always excited to share her experience.
Helen is on the Expert Panel for the Inspector of Prisons in Ireland, convenes a Community of Practice on Corrections Intelligence for the Australian Institute of Professional Intelligence Officers and is the Chair of the Corrections Intelligence Network Group for the International Corrections and Prison Association.
Public Speaking
Our Managing Director has been invited as guest speaker to numerous international and regional conferences to speak on best practice intelligence methodologies and her Winston Churchill Fellowship.
Some of these include the FBINAA Conference in Vietnam, the Corrections Leaders Association in New Orleans and the International Corrections and Prison Association Conference in Singapore and Bangkok.
Helen is also a regular presenter at the Australian Institute of Professional Intelligence Officers Conference and has presented her findings at the Australian and New Zealand Policing Advisory Agency Conference and is a guest presenter at the upcoming LinCT-AA conference in Australia.
Helen has also been interviewed by ABC Radio Gold Coast and has recorded a Spotify Podcast with Adam Spencer for the Churchill Collective.
